A product management/thinking approach to identify, propose, manage, and lead the development and deployment of solutions that leverage the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to deliver business value. Overview of AI components and the knowledge and skills to define and refine product vision and strategy, evaluate options for building AI/ML solutions, understand privacy, security, ethical, risk and legal implications, and develop, test, and launch AI/ML product.
BUS 500 (Foundations for Business Impact) or CIS 606 (Application Software Infrastructure) or CIS 370 (Business Analytics); Junior standing.
Prerequisites for this class will not be enforced for Fall 2024, but an understanding of Python is encouraged. Students may contact cob_cis_advisor@mail.colostate.edu with questions about enrollment or eligibility to take this course.
